I am a successful VP/ General Manager in manufacturing with a track record of sales growth and continuous improvement. I have recently finished a project of stabilizing a manufacturing company, taking it through the process of acquisition from a privately owned company to being part of a large publicly traded corporation.

The process involved culture change, recruiting an external national sales team, building order fulfillment and CRM sales processes, implementing lean manufacturing and introducing Sarbanes Oxley accounting procedures.

I am currently looking for my next project. However, I am looking for longer term stability. My family and I are now open to relocation.
